filesThis practice uses a computer system to store your medical records.  This information is completely secure and cannot be seen by anyone outside of the practice.  To reduce administrative delays, we also send some details via a secure computer link to the Health Authority in Lewes. 

Only your registration details are transferred ; name, address N.I. number etc.  The data protection act requires you to be aware of this.  Should you wish to view your medical records, a request in writing must be made to your doctor and a suitable charge will be made.
