New Patient Registration

registrationThe practice welcomes new patients who live within our practice area.  As it often takes many weeks for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire . You do not  need to make a GP  appointment to register with the practice.

To register you will need to bring TWO forms of ID with you a photo ID and a letter with your recent address, this could be in the forms of;

  • Passport
  • Driving license 
  • Citizenship card 
  • Bank statement 
  • Utility bill
  • Phone Bill

We will accept a letter that has been sent to your email address as long as its within the last 3 months.

If you are a Student you will just need to show reception your BLUE STUDENT ID CARD 

Our practice area encompasses to the West- New England Road, the South- St. James Street, the East- Whitehawk Hill and the North- Upper Lewes Road.  

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
